I’ve designed our workouts to follow a plan and a pattern that I’ve found can help us to cover all the various aspects of the functional fitness continuum and optimize the development of our functional fitness.
We include 10 distinct components of the Functional Fitness continuum. They are:
All of them are important. Neglecting any one area will almost inevitably result in, if not an injury, imbalance and disfunction.
Each of our daily workouts involves most of this continuum. When you train consistently throughout the week, you’ll find that we devote time to just about every aspect of it.
Ultimately, we’re seeking balance across the entire continuum of fitness.
