A funny parable about sleep deprivation…

It dropped me like a gunshot…

The core of the matter…

We always start with core. You’ve probably known some folks who might hit “abs” at the end of their workout, doing a bunch of crunches or sit-ups before calling it a day. Practically useless. Probably doing more harm than good. Priorities completely mixed up. A shame, really. We always prioritize core. We make it our first focus after we warm up. Why’s that, you say? Because is matters.
