Flexibility… It’s no secret that flexibility, or the lack of it, impacts our physical health and well-being. Inflexibility can impede our mobility, be the source of discomfort, cause structural and neuromuscular imbalances, and compromise our balance. A lack of flexibility often leads to injury. Most of us have experienced that feeling of tightness, even soreness, that stems from our inflexibility. Discipline or Disappointment?

I have been reflecting quite a bit lately on the nature of discipline. What is it that makes some people able to achieve extraordinary things or to be prolific and productive in their work?
