We train men and women in midlife who are busy with work and families to build muscle and burn fat so they can look and feel better than they did in their 20’s. Our focus is on keeping it safe, fun, and effective. We use functional fitness training which combines a number of varied approaches to develop fitness that’s usable and applicable to everyday life.
We define “functional strength” as the strength necessary to successfully accomplish all the things you need to in your everyday life and aspire to in your dreams.
